COST: The cost is $140.00/person before April 15, 2008; $155.00/person after April 15, 2008. Please

make checks payable to North Bridge Baptist Church. Please register early so you can save money and

we can have the appropriate staffing.

LUNCH:

Please bring a sack lunch Monday-Thursday. Snacks and drinks will be provided. We

will provide pizza on Friday.

BEFORE AND AFTER CHESS DAY CAMP CHILD CARE:

We will provide child care beginning at 7:30 A.M. each day. There is no additional charge for early

morning child care. We will also provide child care from 3:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. each day for an

additional $20.00 per child for the week.
